This is an Australian first with KCBS Australia represetitives Karina Rumens and Rob Woody Stevens going over competition rules, expectations, meat inspections, and some of Perth's top judges joining us Sunday to critique all your turn ins, your flavours, texture etc, one, by one, giving never before, or anywhere else, on the spot feedback to teams; while we advise what to ask your butcher for when it comes to each protein, teach you trimming of all meats, different styles, flavour profiles, fuel, times and temps, what to pack for comp, turn in boxes, presentation and so much more.
